Which countries do you cover?
We operate across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Licensing, implementation, and support are delivered remotely and on-site depending on the engagement.
Are you a distributor, a reseller, or an MSSP?
FanumSec is a value-added reseller and MSSP. We supply and implement technology from our vendor portfolio, and we can also operate it for you as an ongoing managed service.
Do you support multi-vendor environments?
Yes. Our portfolio spans 30+ vendors, and most engagements involve integrating several of them with what you already run. We design for the environment you have, not the one a single vendor assumes.
Can we evaluate a product before buying?
Yes. Proof-of-concept support is a core part of our value-add: we help scope the evaluation, stand it up, and measure results against agreed criteria.
Do you provide security training?
Yes. Through our PECB partnership we deliver accredited certification training (ISO 27001 and many other standards), alongside vendor-specific technical enablement.
How do managed services engagements start?
With an assessment. We review your environment, agree scope and severity definitions, and onboard monitoring tooling before going live — so expectations are explicit from day one.
Can you help with compliance projects?
Yes. We support ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR programmes end to end: gap assessment, remediation planning, technology selection, and audit preparation.
What happens if we have an active security incident?
