Retail execution

LeadShelf

The distance between the planogram and the actual shelf.

LeadShelf brings the product catalogue, retail equipment, store layouts, planograms and field execution into a single operational flow. Products are placed on shelves at their real dimensions, equipment capacity and collisions are checked, the plan is published to stores and execution tasks are created. Staff receive the route and the task on a mobile app that works on a weak connection, raise orders, and submit photo or video evidence. Management can follow execution, delays, shelf compliance and the productivity of the selling space.

The problem

In retail networks there is usually a gap between the shelf plan and what is actually in the store. Incomplete product data, unrecorded equipment dimensions and different placement principles across stores make a single standard hard to hold. Selling space is used inefficiently, high-turnover products do not get the room they earn, and gaps and misplacements turn into lost sales.

Tracking how a head-office plan was executed in store takes further resource. Passing tasks through messaging apps and spreadsheets makes it hard to establish who was responsible, what the deadline was and what actually happened. When field staff routes, arrivals, completed work and photo evidence are not in one system, management finds out late. And checking photographs from hundreds of stores by hand stretches the review out and makes the result subjective.

Capabilities

01

Catalogue at real dimensions

Products carried with their actual physical size, so a planogram reflects what will genuinely fit.

02

Planogram builder with capacity checks

Place products on equipment, and have capacity and collisions checked before the plan reaches a single store.

03

Publication and execution tasks

The plan goes out to stores as tasks with an owner and a deadline, rather than as a message in a group chat.

04

Mobile execution, offline capable

Routes and tasks on the phone, working on a weak connection, with orders raised and photo or video evidence submitted from the aisle.

05

AI shelf comparison

Gemini-based analysis compares shelf photographs and selected video frames against the reference layout to surface missing products, wrong sequence and facing mismatches.

06

The AI does not decide alone

It never edits the planogram itself and makes no final call. Uncertain results are routed to manual review, and a person decides whether to approve or ask for another photograph.

What makes it different

Unlike classic task and reporting systems, LeadShelf does not simply record that work happened. It connects the physical size of a product, the space allocated to it on the shelf, the actual execution in store and the commercial result inside one process — so the gap between plan and real shelf becomes visible early, and selling space can be managed on measurable data.
